Home building is on the rise again, as evidenced by the changing landscapes of many of Central Oregon’s communities. What’s more, area resorts are not only building homes, but even expanding current facilities. Brasada Ranch, having fared better than some in the recession, is most definitely on “solid ground”, according to Brasada Ranch Real Estate broker and Director of Membership Alan Cornelius, who was quoted in a recent article in Bend newspaper The Bulletin. “More building is occurring in Brasada Ranch than any other Destination Resort in Central Oregon,” according to Cornelius.

Cornelius also noted that Brasada Ranch is looking forward to reaching a landmark this summer, the completion of the 100th home at The Ranch. Annie Montgomery, Principal Broker at Brasada Ranch Real Estate, says “the last 2-3 years have seen a significant rise in home building,” and is “eager to reach the 100th home landmark.”
